LTQ Vapor Rosin Pre-Press Mold are fully magnetized for ease of use. Compacted material helps increase your yields and reduces filter bag blowouts during solvent-less concentrate oil extraction process.
Made with scratch resistant hard anodized 100% 6061 aircraft-grade aluminum.
Can be used with hand pressure, an Arbor Press or in any of rosin presses.
Engineered to withstand daily use for years and each component disassembles for easy cleaning.
2inch x 4inch Mold Specifications
– Internal Dimensions: 1.62inch wide x 4.00inch long x 0.94inch tall
– External Dimensions: 2.40inch wide x 4.80inch long x 1.57inch tall
Place the mold on a press platen , and then gently press it with the press machine ( The idea here is to create a pack of the same thickness so that , when you start extraction , temperature and pressure is applied equally to all parts of the pack).

Warn: Please do not compress the material with a hot press to protect the working surface from scratches. We recommend a hand pliers to help you. The mold is only used to make rectangular chips. The size of the compressed final product will be less than 2x4inch for easy packing into the press bag.
Note: Light and different displays may cause the color of the item in the picture a little different from the real thing. The measurement allowed error is +/- 1-3cm.
