I was a bit nervous to order off this site as it was my first time ordering PDRN products online, but everything went smoothly. I received the items around two weeks after ordering (noting I made my order during the Lunar New Year shutdown period which caused a delay, but this was clearly communicated to me).
The 3 vials I ordered came in protective bubble wrap packaging as well as recyclable padding inside a cardboard box with a couple of bonus face masks.
