How To Use
1. Preparation before Use
1) Check the individual package is in good order.
* DO NOT USE if the package is torn or peeled open.
2) Check the Date of MFG if the product is within validity.
* DO NOT USE if the validity is expired.
3) Wear sterile single use glove.
2. Instruction for Use
1) Peel off the sterile package of this mixing tube.
2) Connect the mixing tube with a solution-contained syringe.
3) Connect the other side of mixing tube with another solution-
contained syringe.
4) Mix two solutions by pushing plungers back and forth.
5) Make sure to discard it after use.
3. Instruction for Storage & Maintenance after Use
Discard it after use. It is for SINGLE USE ONLY.
