We used Neo Cain numbing cream on 6 different clients (face, arms, and neck), following the directions exactly as written. Unfortunately, every single client reported little to no numbing effect. We’ve used many other creams and always follow the same process, but this one simply did not work. Very disappointing, especially given the cost and expectations. Would not recommend.
